With the widening of the space, the concept of the "H", denotes the linear development axes of Maximilian Street, Luitpoldplatz, Jean-Paul-Place at St. Veit Church, Ludwig Street and the main market square.
Historically the axes were finalized as part of the medieval urban landscape and has permanently altered the face of Wunsiedel city. The existing structures are connected by the alleys to the old town or integrated as open spaces. Despite the superficially rigid bands, all linear street patterns have an autonomy, which is taken into account in the design.

The basic structure here, forms the valence city paving made of natural stone tiles in the access zones as well as other areas along with natural stone paving in the walkways. The classic character of the axes, is continued by the accompanying rows of lime trees mit small crowns. In Ludwig Street and Maximilian Street the southern turned treeline creates a relaxation zone, where seating areas invite you to linger. In Maximillian street bands of perennials and grasses create a green entrance to the city.

The central area of Maximilian Street, is accented in three places, here the image of the axis converts to link places. Luitpoldplatz and Jean-Paul-Place are emphasized through historical buildings and brought to life by fountains and monuments. Characteristic of Wunsiedel, the fountains in both places will be surrounded by stately trees. The areas water features, trees and spaces, offer a place for rest and relaxation.
The market place is the center of the city. In accordance with its function, as the central area of public living, we propose an open space. The plain paving here creates a pleasant, quiet place, on which the city presents itself. The middle the market well continues to reflect the city's tradition and its historic fountain area. Water fountains flirt with the Festival City in animation, water level stage the city walls.

The night view of the axes and the market square is dominated by the linear rope lighting. The construction of a free-hanging light line, the shafts of light, translated into a contemporary design. As light lines in space it creates by day, a floating axis, by night developing into a distinctive line of light, that naturally lies between the building facades.
